The people who make sport happen
About US
Sports fans have plenty of content at their fingertips that tells them the latest breaking stories about their favourite athletes and teams. But what about enthusiasts who are curious about those making it all happen?
At Sidelines, our mission is to highlight the professionals whose expertise, passion and decisions shape the sports we love. Through in-depth stories and interviews, we aim to show how these people get fans into the stands, publicise events, and get athletes ready to perform. Whether it’s the documentary-makers bringing fans closer to their idols, the organisers and managers of sporting teams and individuals, or more niche roles such as those stringing the rackets of tennis stars, Sidelines offers a deeper understanding of sport.
